By commissioning me, Hal H. aka 3ct0plasma ("the Artist"), you ("the Client") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below.

| 1. The Client may request in-progress material at any time. | 10. The Artist reserves the right to deny any order that goes against the Artist's personal beliefs or artistic integrity. |
| 2. Commissions will be fully refunded if the Client requests before work has begun. | 11. The Artist reserves the right to post their work online and for use in their portfolio. |
| 3. The Client will be refunded a percentage of their payment in the event that a refund is requested after work has begun. | 12. The Client will not request any illegal, discriminatory, or sexually explicit artwork from the Artist. |
| 4. The Client is free to make any edits to a character design once owned themselves. | 13. The Artist reserves the right to turnaround orders if they cannot be fulfilled. See terms 2 and 3. |
| 5. The Artist acknowledges that once a character design is owned by the Client, it no longer belongs to the Artist. | 14. The Client will be refunded a percentage of their payment in the event that a refund is requested after work on their piece has begun. |
| 6. The Client may gift and trade their purchased character designs freely. | 15. The Client will not claim the artwork or original design as their own. Credit must be linked to the Artist's website must be included in the sharing of artwork. |
| 7. The Client may resell their purchased character design for the original purchase price, along with any additional value accumulated via commissioned artwork. | 16. The Client will not use the Artist's artwork commercially without explicit permission by the Artist. |
| 8. Artwork is valued equal to it's commissioned price. | 17. The Client will not affiliate or utilize the Artist's artwork or designs with NFTs, Crypto, or AI. |
| 9. If the Client has a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed prior to paying for the commissioned piece. | 18. The Client will not remove, cover, or in any way obscure the Artist's watermark on the Artist's artwork. |
